- The 36” cooktops include surface burners with “click” settings at 14,000 BTU for High; 5,200 BTU for Medium; 2,100 BTU for Low.

The front burners simmer with the exclusive “Vari-Flame™” feature that ranges from 400 BTU to 1,050 BTU.

Includes a two-sided pre-seasoned cast iron "flip-over" Griddle/Grill (FiveStar exclusive). The unique design allows for the preparation of pancakes, bacon, and eggs on the griddle side, as well as steaks, chicken, and seafood on the grill side.

All gas burners feature energy-saving, pilotless, electronic ignition. Individual porcelain drip pans, deluxe knob bezels, and continuous cast iron grates are standard.
