If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund, minus shipping costs, or exchange the product for another one of the same value, minus shipping costs.
You can return/exchange a product for up to 14 days from the date the shipment tracking shows it as being delivered, whether it was received on that date or not.
Any returned product must be in the same condition you received it and in the original retail packaging.
Once the returned product has been received, we allow 2 business days for review of the item's condition. If it's found to be unused in its original packaging a refund will be issued.
Refunds for Lost Shipments:
If package tracking shows that the package was lost by the carrier and not delivered to the customer, a refund will be provided to the customer. Any shipments that show tracking as delivered will not be refunded.
