Rosettes are a dessert that originated in Sweden and Norway and have found popularity worldwide. They go by many names such as Scandinavian Rosette Cookies, Mexican Bunuelos, and Chinese Pretzels. They are beautifully shaped, fried dough pastries that are deep-fried and commonly have the edges dipped in frosting or sprinkled with powdered sugar. To make a batch, simply thread a Kitchen Supply rosette mold (sold separately) onto this Single Rosette Handle and heat in hot oil.  Use the handle to dip the hot rosette iron into the batter and dip in the hot oil until a crisp cookie is created.

Easy to use

I bought this rosette handle along with the spider rosette on this website. Very easy to use. If I can do it, anyone can! Fast shipping, too. Will purchase more rosettes in the future, especially Halloween ones. Also more rosette handles if needed.

This is a great rosette handle. Since purchasing this I have also purchased some of the irons. They work so well together and the outcome is great. I have not had any issues to date.
