    I didn't know I needed this, but I do. For only ten bucks, I thought I'd add to my growing gadget collection and give it a whirl. It made quick work of my famous meat pasties and they never looked so great! The wood handle is a big plus over cheap plastic. The stainless steel wheel rolls smoothly and it feels well made. The dough was sealed perfectly and the roller cleaned up easily. I'll be using this on Thanksgiving pies and trying my hand at homemade pasta next.
