Medium Daisy Rosette Cookie Mold. Rosettes are a dessert that originated in Sweden and Norway and have found popularity worldwide. They are cookie-like pastries that are deep fried and commonly have the edges dipped in frosting or sugar. To make a batch of your own, attach this Daisy rosette iron to a handle (sold separately) and heat in hot oil. The mold must be seasoned before use to ensure the easiest release.  Dip the hot rosette iron into the batter and put back in the hot oil until a crisp shell is created. Voila!

The 2-in-1 feature allows you to use it as beautifully detailed cookie cutter too! The outline of the mold will cut thinly rolled dough, leaving the inner details for decorating.

I bought the rosette handle as well as a few molds to use for my first experience making rosettes. They actually turned out really well! This mold was personally one of the favorites that I bought. It doesn't fall off when it's attached to the handle. The cookies came out the perfect size. Quality is awesome and final results are fanastic. I've already bought a few more!
