Made in the USA, this sturdy pierogi maker molds 6 crescent-shaped pierogi, ravioli, or empanadas at once.  To use, place a sheet of pasta dough over the form and fill pockets with your desired filling. Brush edges with water or beaten egg and place the second sheet of pasta dough over the form. Roll a straight rolling pin across the form using pressure so it will seal and cut the pierogi or ravioli. You can boil the pierogi, or you could refrigerate or freeze it for later use. Makes six (1.75 in x 3.5 in) Pierogies. The easiest way to cut and seal Polish pierogies, Chinese potstickers, filled tarts, etc.

    makes consistent size

    Sure you can make them by hand, but you still need a dough cutter. This is a nice, no nonsense way to make batches of pierogi that are consistently closed and the same size. I used a rolling pin over the top after filling and draping over the 2nd dough sheet. Worked really nice and I did 6 dozen in one night.
